After the checkpoint, I started on the user manual for the web portal and the testing report for the web porta is put on hold because Mr Ken requested some changes in the web portal. Until Loong Sheng has complete the web portal the testing report remains on hold. The complete testing report is complete and added into the final documentation. I have uploaded the document in to the Facebook group, updating everyone.
I have completed the charts that Mr Ken requested during the last checkpoint. I continued with the testing report for the documentation. Once I completed the report I uploaded the file to Facebook for the other members to read. Wing Lun will be compiling all the reports and finalize everything.
The testing report for the mobile is complete. All of us need to prepare for the final presentation on the client side and the tradeshow. The designing of poster, leaflet and video is assigned to Wei Tian. I suggested to put a bit of business selling point into the poster to make it more attractive.

The group go through the details from the last checkpoint. Loong Sheng is working on the charts Mr Ken requested. The group needs to prepare a poster, leaflet and video for the project tradeshow in June. The group proceed to discuss about the information they want to put in the poster. The task of creating the poster, video and leaflet was assigned to Wei Tian. The testing report is still in the processing as the web portal have to make the changes requested from Mr Ken. The user manual for the mobile is complete, Wing Lun is working on the user manual for the web portal. The testing report for the mobile is completed, while the web portal is nearly done. It is put on hold as Loong Sheng has to finish making the adjustment Mr Ken requested. A draft of the poster and the video is expected to be done in the next meeting.

We had our last checkpoint with Mr Ken today. The meeting started by updating all the requests he made from the last checkpoint, geo location for the mobile, duty roster and resources planning on the web portal. We were told to prepare for a tradeshow in June and a final presentation for the client.
Today was the last checkpoint with our client, Mr Ken. We updated Mr Ken the mobile application with the geo location functions and the web portal with the duty roster and resource planning. Mr Ken requested some minor changes on the web portal. Before the meeting ends, Ms Robina informed us that we need to prepare a final presentation and a project tradeshow in June.
I started by presenting the duty roster and resource planning on the system since I was not able to deliver it in the last checkpoint with Mr Ken. After that, I proceeded with the other functions in the web portal. Mr Ken requested to make some changes on the updating status, staff occupancy, the dashboard colour and the staff chart to be place at the right bottom of the dashboard. Before the meeting ends. Ms Robina informed us that we needed to prepare for the last presentation and a project tradeshow that is held on June.
Mr Ken wanted us to make some adjustment on the charts and status in the web portal. The mobile application is completed. Ms Robina informed us that we need to prepare for a last presentation for the client and also a project tradeshow. The group needs to prepare a poster, leaflet and video to present the project.

The group presented the geo location function in the mobile application to Mr Ken. It can detect all the offers within a 3 km radius and it also have a coupon adding feature. Jacqueline also showed the filter category, searching filter criteria, booking feature and editing user profile. After that, Loong Sheng continue by presenting the flow of the web portal. He updated Mr Ken regarding about the duty roster.
After the presentation, Mr Ken gave some feedback about the time status and booking. He request do make changes in the updating status, staff occupancy chart, dashboard colour and also to display the staff chart at the right bottom of the dashboard.
Ms Robina mention the group need to prepare for a project tradeshow in June and to also schedule a time to go to the client’s office to have a final presentation on both of the systems.
